“香蕉+冬枣”突然火了!据说味道不可描述,你敢试试吗?

这两天,双语君(微信id:chinadaily_mobiles)注意到,身边好多朋友扎堆吃香蕉加冬枣……



本来以为这是一种秋冬美容养颜新吃法……


直到看到了微博上的话题……


头像隐约透露着一种深深的绝望


以及各种天马行空的味道形容……





肥皂水里淹死的苍蝇?看到人生走马灯?洁厕灵?屎?死了两天的虾在嘴里蹦迪?……看着这一段段痛心疾首又十分刺激的形容,双语君(微信id:chinadaily_mobiles)愈发感到好奇了!



当然,双语君(微信id:chinadaily_mobiles)暂时保持了冷静,还没敢以身涉险。


不过,网上已经有不少小伙伴亲自尝试了。

而最专业的蕉枣试吃还要数清华化工辅导员@毕导thu。



他抱着实验研究的心态,专业试吃了一把,并且详细地把过程和感受都记录了下来。



他总结出最正(e)确(xin)的食用方法是:


■ “先蕉后枣”


刷牙3分钟,取一只熟香蕉咬一大口,咀嚼片刻充分营造香蕉味的口腔环境,再吃半口冬枣,充分咀嚼,停下手里一切动作,用心感受。


■ 熟蕉+冬枣效果更好


注意是冬枣哦,红枣是不行滴。

看了这么多实验,双语君(微信id:chinadaily_mobiles)隔着屏幕都感受到了一种“不可描述”的味道,不知道你们看恶心了没……



话说,看到这个冬枣和香蕉的配搭,让双语君(微信id:chinadaily_mobiles)想到前两年的薯条蘸冰淇淋……


虽然这个组合听起来有点暗黑,但是不少网友亲身实验之后表示,刚炸出来的薯条金黄酥脆,配上冰凉润滑的冰淇淋……这个“冰与火”的配搭真的是很棒棒呢!



另一个神搭配,就是番茄和乌梅。


《撒娇女人最好命》里,你可能记住了“你怎么可以吃兔兔”!!但还有一个你不能忘:周迅最爱的番茄乌梅。



番茄乌梅是台湾夜市上常见的一种小吃。多汁的小番茄切口,夹上蜜渍的乌梅,别有一番酸甜滋味。



在戏里一直暗恋周迅却没有信心的黄晓明就说:这两种食物,根本不可能是一对嘛!但周迅却跟他调侃这个食物的发明……



看起来不可能搭配在一起的食物,一起吃却别有风味。除了食物,也预示着两位主人公的命运。看似来自两个世界,却兜兜转转,成了最合适的一对。


除了番茄和乌梅,还有不少惊艳的食物搭配。很多朋友就盘点过“看起来很恶心,但是吃起来很赞的食物组合”(weird food combinations which sound gross but taste amazing)


这些搭配可以说非常骨骼清奇了,不多说了,来!上菜!



no.1 西瓜配黑胡椒

watermelon and black pepper



watermelon is delicious and refreshing all on its own, so it's difficult to imagine that there's a way you could improve it. but, sprinkling some black pepper on your slice of watermelon will bring out all of the flavors and add an extra spice.

西瓜清爽可口,很难再加些什么让它更好吃了。但是,撒些黑胡椒可以带出西瓜所有的风味,并且让它增加一丝辛辣口感。


for a step up, you can coat your watermelon chunks in olive oil, and add some sprinkles of salt and pepper for a treat that's completely addicting!

如果想更尽其滋味,可以将西瓜块淋上橄榄油,再撒上盐和胡椒,这滋味,不怕你不爱!

strawberry and tomato



this one surprised me, but apparently strawberry and tomato together is a positively savory flavor pairing. try it out by adding some strawberry jam to your grilled cheese and then dipping it in tomato soup.

这个搭配惊艳到我!草莓和番茄搭配在一起香味非常诱人!你可以在烤奶酪上加入草莓酱,最后再浸入番茄汤里。




no. 3 巧克力和培根

who doesn't love a great combination of salty and sweet? chocolate-coated bacon is a definite step up from the more widely accepted chocolate-covered pretzels. dip cooked bacon in either milk or dark chocolate, add sea salt or crumbled nuts, and then let the chocolate harden. it's actually a favorite treat at the wisconsin state fair. served on a stick, of course.

avocados and chocolate make a great team! there are tons of recipes where you can combine these two delicious ingredients, including cake, pudding, mousse, and brownies. this is what dreams are made of, people.

巧克力和牛油果是最棒的一对!用这两种食材,可以做出不少好吃的,包括蛋糕、布丁、慕斯、布朗尼。乡亲们,这可是梦想的模样啊。



no. 5 辣椒粉和香草冰淇淋

chili powder and vanilla ice cream



with vanilla ice cream, the bitterness of the chili powder seems to disappear. the heat and smokiness of the chili powder heighten the vanilla flavor and the overall sweetness of the ice cream. the taste is like vanilla set on fire, like putting hot sauce on it and getting all of the heat and none of the vinegary zing.

配上香草冰淇淋,辣椒粉的苦味似乎消失了,辣椒粉的火辣和刺激激发了香草的香味,增加了冰淇淋的甜度。这感觉好像是把香草点燃了一样,就像是加了辣椒酱,保留了所有的辣味,但却尝不到酸味。

chocolate milk and salt

在巧克力奶里加盐听起来很容易,两者很快完美融为一体。如果加的量正好,盐会完美提升巧克力的口感。如果你想做份美味的大餐,可以试试打发咸味奶油,加入热巧克力中,这个“冰火两重天”的搭配真的是非常棒!

made famous by mario batali at his nyc restaurant otto, olive oil gelato is a surprising hit. the olive oil brings a level of smoothness that you wouldn't think rich ice cream or gelato needs, but actually really does. the flavor isn't overpoweringly olive-y or savory, but instead adds subtle complexity to the base flavor, which is often vanilla (though chocolate-olive oil renditions are tasty, too).
